Foxy: Hi! My name is Foxy! I am a red female Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix and I am a cutie! My previous owner was no longer able to keep me, so I am now looking for a new home. I am about 9 years old, but I have just as much skip in my step as those younger pups! I am a very well behaved girl, and my previous owner said I was so easy to care for! I am relaxed and calm, and I love to get affection and to have my coat brushed. The only situation that ruffles my feathers is when I am around other dogs, because I'd rather get all the attention! So, I need to be the only dog in the home. I'm so good that I'll let you know when I need to go outside, and I'll lay by your side when you are home. Do you think you could open your heart and home to me?

Maple: Hi! My name is Maple, and I am a gorgeous tan and white 2 year old American Pit Bull Terrier! I came to Faithful Friends because I was expecting a litter of puppies and my former owner could not take care of me! I was treated like a queen at the shelter, with my own private room to give birth to a litter of nine (yes nine!) puppies. I was a great mom, and I took such good care of my puppies, that they are all old enough and healthy enough to get adopted. Most have already found their homes! Now it is my turn to find a home, and after such hard work, I deserve a life in the lap of luxury! I am so affectionate, and I have a goofy/silly play style that will keep you laughing for hours. My manners are better with male dogs, rather than female dogs, so I might be able to live with a "boyfriend"! I am still being tested with cats, but ask about me anyway, and the staff will test me if you apply for my adoption! Please come to meet me!

Monkey: Hi! I'm Monkey! I'm a handsome chocolate & white 10 month old American Pit Bull Terrier male. My name is Monkey because I make all kinds of funny little sounds that remind you of a cute little monkey. I am a really big talker with a super outgoing personality to match. I get along great with most other dogs and cats. I'm still working on house training, but I'm doing very well so far. I would do best in an active home with an experienced owner. I love to run and play and would do best in a home with children over the age of 10. Betsy is a sweet and playful 3 year old female orange tabby that was left at the doorstep of Faithful Friends. Nobody knows exactly how she got here, but we do know that she is indeed rare in that it is difficult to find a female orange tabby cat as most are usually male. This girl is a real sweetheart and who knows what other fun  surprises she has up her..paw?

Chowder: Hi! I'm Chowder and I'm a handsome 1 1/2 year old white American Pit Bull Terrier! I am a happy-go-lucky kind of a guy! I was found out in the cold with no owner, but now I'm warm and comfortable at Faithful Friends. The next step for me is finding a fun and active home where I can run and play! The staff has discovered that I am deaf! Although I cannot hear a thing, I can be easily trained because I love people! I have already learned how to sit, lay down, and am working on roll over! I will just need an owner who wants an exciting challenge with a smart dog like myself! Because of my special needs, I would do best in a home with children over 12. Also, I would love a household where I can be the only pet, cuz I really like my own space! I have such a great personality, and I know you would just love having me around! Trey: Hi! I'm Trey and I am a 5 year old Pit Bull Mix. I would love a chance at a new home since my owner could no longer care for me. I would rather be the only animal in the house, but I will give you more love than you can imagine! My favorite game is fetch - with any toy you give me! I am a little shy with new people sometimes, but if you let me warm up I will show you how sweet and silly I am! Since I can be shy, it's best if I lived in a household with adults only, so they can teach me how to be comfortable with new people. I would do best if my new owner had plenty of dog experience! Princess Aurora: Hi! I'm Princess Aurora! I'm a cute little 2 Year old cream colored Chihuahua/Pomeranian Mix! I have come to Faithful Friends to find the right owner for me. I had a really rough start in life, so I am looking for a special owner that is willing to spend time socializing me with people, places, and things. Do you think you have the time to teach me? Since I tend to be on the shy side, I would prefer to live in a quiet home with children over the age of 14 years. Once I get to know you and your home, I can be quite affectionate and playful! I love rolling around on the floor with my toys, especially rope toys! I've lived with other dogs before, but I haven't lived with cats yet so the staff would have to test me. In my previous home, I was not house trained, but I am learning here at the shelter. Do you think you could help me continue learning?
