Stray & Feral Cats
Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) Program
Operation CatSNip works with local individuals and businesses caring for homeless, unadoptable cats in outside colonies. Trained volunteers humanely trap, transport them to be fixed and then re-release the cats to the caretakers. Financial assistance is available based on need.
Through the work of volunteers, we are able to build and donate cat houses to provide shelter from predators and the elements. We are always in need of volunteers to train in humane trapping and to build shelters.
Low income pet owners who are on public assistance and are caring for feral cats colonies pay: $25 for males, $35 females. Optional services at extra cost: rabies and distemper vaccinations, flea treatment, micro-chipping, FIV/FELV testing.
